Regularly ask how your child is doing so they get used to talking about their feelings & know there’s always someone to listen if they want it.
Paying attention to your child’s emotions & behaviour can help you work through difficulties. It’s not always easy when faced with challenging behaviour, but try to help them understand what they’re feeling & why.
Dear parents, screen time uses up valuable playtime. Unless used for learning, limit the time spent on these devices that could be otherwise spent talking, reading or actively learning through play.
